DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS?

Unfortunately not at this time.  Our products are designed for ease of installation and quick service.  We strive to deliver your bed within 3 to 5 weeks of ordering.

WHERE DO I GO FOR HELP?

We work hard to deliver a perfect product, but sometimes that just doesn't happen. Should you need a replacement part, fill out a form at www.I-need-parts.com, or call us toll free at 1-888 WAL-BEDS (925-2337)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you completely satisfied. If you're bed doesn't meet your expectations, please give us a call to make it right!  We guarantee your satisfaction 100%

CAN I GET HELP WITH THE INSTALLATION?

Unfortunately we do not offer installation services at this time. We do highly recommend using a licensed contractor to insure the proper installation of your new wall bed.

WHAT DOES THRESHOLD DELIVERY MEAN?

We will deliver the cartons to the first dry room in the house. Our Over the Threshold service includes: Customer scheduling of delivery via text, e-mail, or phone; Real-time order tracking; Convenient 2-hr delivery window; Automated call-ahead notification to customer 30 minutes prior to delivery
